Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of PromptVerse operated by Prompt Verse ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older (or have a guardian's consent) and able to form a binding contract. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of prompts and images you submit. By publishing content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the Service. You confirm you have the rights to what you submit and that it does not infringe others' rights.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or deceptive content.
- No attempts to hack, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass limits, or abuse credits, votes or likes.
- No scraping or automated access without written permission.
- No uploading malware or content that violates third-party rights.
We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion, including after reports.
4. Studio, simulated generations & benchmarks
"Test generations" in the Studio produce simulated previews to help you iterate on prompt structure; they are not outputs of a third-party image model. Benchmark and Elo figures are informational, derived from community votes and calibrated metrics, and are provided "as is" without guarantee of accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
4a. AI Photo Studio and Image to Prompt rules
Only upload images you have the right to use. Prompts produced by Image to Prompt are AI-generated descriptions and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them and for respecting the copyright and personality rights of the original image's creator and of any person shown.
- Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have given you clear permission, and only people aged 18 or over. Never upload photos of children.
- Do not create sexual or nude content, content that harasses or defames anyone, fake IDs or documents, or images meant to deceive others or impersonate a real person (including public figures).
- Generated images are AI-created, may be inaccurate, may not look exactly like you, and may carry an invisible watermark (such as Google SynthID). Where required by law or platform rules, disclose that an image is AI-generated.
- Results pass through Google's safety filters and may be refused; credits are refunded when a generation fails or is refused.
- We may refuse requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and may report unlawful use to the authorities.
4c. Creating images with AI
- Images on the Create page are produced by third-party AI services and may be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect. We do not guarantee any result or that it is free of third-party rights.
- Do not create sexual, violent, hateful, illegal or misleading content, or images of real people intended to deceive. We may block requests, remove images and suspend accounts.
- You are responsible for how you use and share generated images, and should label them as AI-generated where required.
4b. Coins, rankings & rewards
- Coins are a promotional reward with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be redeemed for the rewards offered in the Rewards store.
- Coins are earned for sharing prompts with images and for genuine engagement from other members, and through weekly ranking prizes. We may change earning rates, prizes and rewards at any time.
- Manipulating likes, copies, saves or rankings (fake accounts, self-engagement, trading engagement, automation) is prohibited. We may remove coins and rewards, void ranking results and suspend accounts.
- When you publish content, your display name, @handle and profile picture are shown publicly with it, on your profile and in the rankings.
5. Plans, credits & payments
- Paid plans and credits are described on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in INR (Razorpay, Cashfree) or USD (Stripe) and may include applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by third-party gateways. A plan activates only after the gateway confirms payment to our servers.
- Plans do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout; you can extend at any time.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. Except for your own content, nothing grants you rights in them. AI-generated imagery created with third-party models is subject to those providers' terms.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google, Razorpay, Cashfree and Stripe. Their terms apply to your use of their services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive will survive.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms; the updated version applies from the date posted. Continued use means acceptance.
