Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases of plans and credits on PromptVerse operated by Prompt Verse. All products are digital and delivered instantly to your account after payment confirmation.
Cancellation
Plans are one-time purchases for the stated duration and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan stays active until its end date.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate or failed-but-debited payments — refunded in full.
- Technical failure — if the plan was not activated after successful payment and we cannot fix it within 3 business days, we refund in full.
- Change of mind — within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the plan's credits have been used.
- Used credits, expired plans and accounts suspended for violating our Terms are not refundable.

Timelines
We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same gateway and typically reach you within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping
No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is digital and immediate upon payment confirmation.
